

VACANT POST – CUSTOMER / USER WEIGHING SUPPORT.
As part of its activities in managing HGV weighing points, a local company is urgently looking for customer/user weighing support.
Location : Douala – CAMEROON
Main activities / missions :
– Identify the customer/weighing user: name, registration number of the vehicle requesting assistance.
– Listen and record the request of the customer/weighing user.
– (Possibly) Call the technical support in the field to collect the information requested by the customer/weighing user.
– To respond effectively to the customer/user’s request weighing according to the exposed elements
– Informing computer databases about the results of the call
– Establish a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section with appropriate answers
– Update the information system and FAQs
– Write shift reports
– Archive shift reports
– Carry out periodic satisfaction surveys

Objectives :
– To provide advice and solutions to the various requests from clients/weighing point users.
– Ensuring the availability of the hotline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (shift service)
– Keep the website’s frequently asked questions (FAQs) up to date
– Guaranteeing 100% customer satisfaction
Candidate profile :
– Hold at least a BAC / GCE A Level
– Proof of at least 02 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, sales and marketing.
– Spoken languages: French and English (compulsory)
Advantages :
