DOUALA PORT WEIGHING SERVICES (DPWS) is a subsidiary of BUSINESS FACILITIES CORPORATION S.A, propelled by its LOTECS brand. It was created to carry out the authorisation to operate, maintain, renovate and modernise weighing equipment within the port area of the AUTONOMOUS PORT OF DOUALA BONABERI (PAD).


Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of the Administrative & Financial Department (CFO) is able to support the Organisation in the quality standards and the level of performance it has set itself. He/she is responsible for the reliability, integrity, reporting and timely transmission of financial and accounting data related to weighing operations, and defines the main control systems.

He/she is a leader who ensures the management and development of a team from various fields (Reception/Switchboard, Accounting, Finance, General Resources, HR, etc.) involved in the overall mission of optimising weighing activities within the PAD.


The required CFO holds an A’Level+4/+5 in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Organisation Management, Commerce, Law, Audit, or any other equivalent diploma.


With at least five years of seniority in a position of similar responsibility, he or she must have a perfect command of the functioning and management of organisations.


As assets, he/she has Certifications in Finance / Accounting and is bilingual (French and English).


Autonomous, result-oriented and capable of solving complex problems and making decisions adapted to each situation, the CFO is perfectly equipped in :
